Jul 16, 19:54:11 GMT+0 - Identified - Cloud provider hosting our apps has identified the issue: traffic dropped due to network misconfiguration Jul 16, 19:56:29 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Our service is restored and we are continuing to monitor the health of the service Jul 16, 22:52:40 GMT+0 - Resolved - UpVPN service is fully operational. 

While our cloud provider continues to have networking issue, we&#039;ll continue to monitor their updates and provide additional updates if it impacts UpVPN service.

To recover UpVPN service we have created new machines (presumably on new healthy physical servers) which seems to have made UpVPN service healthy again. 

New VPN sessions are now working. Apr 24, 20:58:40 GMT+0 - Resolved - All UpVPN service are operational, we&#039;ll continue to monitor
